Even without a camera, my eyes keep doing the same thing. I catch moments with friends, in films, on the street, and it frustrates me when I can't keep them. Photography is how I keep them, so you can go back into that exact feeling.
People tell me their photos put them right back in the moment. That's what I'm after.
With me, you don't have to be anyone. You get the freedom to feel what you feel, and I take the moment as it is, not as it should be.
Everything I give you is black and white. That's where I see the feeling most clearly: the joy, the heat, the two of you.
